It’s an absolute faultless for the Mayennaise Heïdi Gaugain. During the Junior World Track Cycling Championships, the young track rider won two gold medals. After the collective victory on Wednesday in the team pursuit, Heïdi Gaugain won the points race this Friday, August 26.
For the past year, Heïdi Gaugain has been training at the Espoir para-cycling center in Bayonne, she who was previously licensed at the Vélo Saint-Georges Aventure club in Mayenne. The Mayennaise was born without a left forearm and participates in cycling competitions (road and track) with a prosthesis.
