In each season of “Koh-Lanta”, a candidate acts as an ugly duckling on the Web. And for the edition of the “Cursed Totem”, it seems that Maxime was chosen for this role, as evidenced by the many criticisms of him following the Tuesday March 15 episode of the TF1 survival show .
An episode that undoubtedly followed a famous winner of the show, Clémence Castel, who spoke for a completely different subject this Monday, March 14. Indeed, the double winner of the program announced to her fans on social networks that she had been diagnosed with a tumor. “I’ll tell you everything: following my second delivery in 2014, the doctors discovered an abnormal growth in my pelvis… The announcement of the presence of a tumor the day after my delivery worried me enormously… followed by weeks of doubts, while waiting for the result of the biopsy carried out a few days after delivery… Verdict: hormone-dependent desmoid tumour”, she announced.
Very “fortunately”, the ex-candidate was reassuring on this subject by explaining that this same tumor was “benign”. “Given the location, it is impossible to remove it without causing damage around it… So since then, I have been living with it, I am lucky not to feel any pain, to have no treatment”. Clémence Castel still has her regularly monitored to warn in case of danger. This subject has long been raised throughout the day by fans of “Koh-Lanta”. But the latter quickly moved on to another by discovering a little more in detail Maxime, the candidate of the “Cursed Totem”.
An annoying candidate
The candidate, whose portrait was broadcast only this Tuesday, March 15, greatly annoyed the twittos for his behavior in the evening’s episode but also for his remarks made in his presentation.“The portrait of Maxime is ‘tell me that you’re on the right without telling me that you’re on the right’, until he quotes Napoleon this great madman”, “Maxime wins the Parisian Oscar cliche start-up nation, LinkedIn addict and cologne too strong hands down”, “No, but they explain to me why Maxime needs €100,000 when his financial assets are greater than TF1 turnover”some got carried away.
Not sure that the candidate manages to seduce viewers despite his “prowess” in the next episodes.
Maxime is the perfect stereotype of the guy from business school who does half-marathons on Sundays to avoid getting bored #Koh Lanta
