The listeners of France Bleu Champagne Ardenne know well Maxime de Luca, chef of the Atelier de Luca. First, because he opened the first cooking class in Reims 10 years ago, and also because he is on the air every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the program Circuit Bleu, on cuisine ensemble. The chef makes a recipe in the company of a guest: a personality, an auditor, or a host from France Bleu. And today, we asked Maxime de Luca to leave his studio to join our studios to talk about his show and behind the scenes, to also talk about cooking.
