Can victory escape Max Verstappen? By starting from pole position, the leader of the world championship is once again the big favorite for the British Grand Prix on Sunday July 9. The RedBull driver is aiming for a 43rd Formula 1 victory on the Silverstone circuit, which would be his 8th success of the season in the first ten Grand Prix.

The Dutchman rushes ahead of the two McLarens of Lando Norris (2nd) and Oscar Piastri (3rd), the two Ferraris of Charles Leclerc (4th) and Carlos Sainz (5th) and the two Mercedes of George Russel (6th) and Lewis Hamilton (7th). The Alpines missed the boat, with a 10th and 13th place on the grid for Pierre Gasly and Esteban Ocon. For the fifth time in a row, Sergio Perez’s other Red Bull missed Q3 and had to settle for a distant 16th place.
