It’s the fight of her life: since her beginnings, Maud Fontenoy has never stopped fighting for the protection of the oceans. A great navigator (she was the first woman to row across the North Atlantic), the mother of 4 children, who had been in politics for some time, has even set up a foundation in her name, which each year offers students the opportunity to follow a special training.
A foundation that rewarded these young schoolchildren this Tuesday evening, in a rather suitable place: the large Trocadero aquarium, a few steps from Paris. Smiling, in a white knit sweater, Maud Fontenoy was able to meet the young people involved, share her experience with them and of course, pose for a few selfies!
But she was not alone: various personalities had agreed to sponsor this beautiful evening, for the benefit of a good cause. Nolwenn Leroy, in particular, had made the trip. After spending a week in the stands of Roland-Garros, the singer (whose son is also called Marin) took advantage of the children, radiant in a very simple blue jacket.
Very well known to the youngest, the influencer Léa Elui had also accepted the invitation. The young woman, followed by 11.3 million people on Instagram and more than 17 million on Tik Tok, also met with the teenagers to discuss with them their work and their research for the year on the theme of the environment. Just back from Miami, she seemed happy to defend such a cause.
Two other personalities were present: comedian Franck Dubosc and presenter Alex Goude. Both dads (Franck Dubosc has two sons, Raphaël, 12 and Milhan, 9, and Alex Goude has a little Elliot, 5), the two men have become aware of the urgency of climate issues, which they been able to speak with Maud Fontenoy, also a mother by the way.
Four children, born to four different fathers, who have been his priority for a long time. Her first son, Mahé, now 14 years old, was however born in Reunion, in the heart of her career as a sailor. Just like her only daughter, Hina, born in Papeete in 2013. The following year, she welcomed another boy, Loup, whose father is the writer Raphaël Enthoven, before completing her family with a little Côme, from her union with the politician Olivier Chartier, “the man of her life“, as she likes to call him.
