Marion Rousse: The beautiful gift from Julian Alaphilippe to Nino for his return home

It’s a comeback that’s been long overdue, but Julian Alaphilippe is well and truly at home! The two-time road cycling world champion has had a very mixed last few months as everyone hoped to see him shine again in the Tour de France this year. At the end of April, the 30-year-old rider suffered a terrible fall during the classic Liège-Bastogne-Liège. An accident that could have turned out to be much more serious than that, but the companion of Marion Rousse is doing miraculously well and only a few weeks later, he is already back in training with the aim of participating in the Grande Boucle.

Unfortunately for him, Julian Alaphilippe was deemed physically too short by his team and he was not selected to participate in the most prestigious cycling competition, to the chagrin of his lover, who did not hesitate to point this out to the microphone from France Télévisions… After this enormous disappointment, the champion was still able to resume racing a few weeks ago by taking part in several races and in particular the Tour de l’Ain, which has just ended. Which means that the athlete was able to return home for a few days, to the delight of Marion Rousse and her son Nino (1 year). On her Instagram account, the beautiful 30-year-old blonde already looked impatient yesterday by posting a photo of her son at the restaurant. “My date (waiting for daddy to come home tonight)”she wrote to accompany the cute photo.

And the time of the reunion has finally arrived for the little family! Julian Alaphilippe even thought of bringing an adorable gift for his little boy, of whom he is still so gaga. It is still Marion Rousse who unveiled the pretty photo on Instagram. We can see Nino very happy with his stuffed lion in his hands. “Thank you dad”she simply writes in her story (photos can be found in the slideshow).
