One of the turning points for him was his participation in the Belgian classic, Liège-Bastogne-Liège, during which he suffered a terrible fall. Miraculously, he starts a race against the clock in order to be ready for the Tour de France, well encouraged by his companion, Marion Rousse.
Unfortunately, his team judges that he is not recovered enough and leaves him at home, to the chagrin of the beautiful blonde who shares his life and who made his dissatisfaction known on television. As announced by the coach of the France team, Julian Alaphilippe has just been selected to participate in the World Cycling Championships which will take place at the end of September in Australia. Double winner of the competition, the Frenchman must have particularly relished this news, which he had to share with his companion, Marion Rousse.
