Marion Cotillard zaps the promotion of “Asterix and Obelix” for an absolutely incredible reason!

XXL cast! And no, we are not referring to the host of actors present in Guillaume Canet’s latest project: “Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Empire”. But indeed to the new mini-series in which Marion Cotillard will play. If the 47-year-old actress was able to interpret Cleopatra in the last “baby” of her supposed ex, this one arrives in a project a cut above with “Extrapolations”. And as for the film on the famous Gaul, the latest creation by Scott Z. Burns, co-author of Contagion with Steven Soderbergh, called on a ton of great actors that makes you dizzy.

Meryl Streep, Sienna Miller, Kit Harington, Daveed Diggs and Edward Norton are part of the project. As well as Tobey Maguire, Forest Whitaker, and David Schwimmer, to name but a few. On the French side, Marion Cotillard is also part of the adventure, as well as the companion of Leïla Bekhti who will soon enter the skin of Charles Aznavour: Tahar Rahim. But sometimes, appealing to such a cast does not bode well. Indeed, an endless list of big names often hides a poor scenario that leads to nothing. So what about “Extraplorations”?

Marion Cotillard, to save the planet!

Like “Don’t Look Up” With Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, this mini-series will address the subject of “end of the world” or rather, the chaotic repercussions of climate change caused by the carelessness of the inhabitants of the planet. A hot topic that will not fail to react like the Adam McKay film posted on Netflix on December 10, 2021. In which scientists tried to alert the powerful of the world to an asteroid that was going to destroy the Earth.

In “Extrapolations”, Marion Cotillard and the other actors will wonder about their future. All in a futuristic world, devastated by natural disasters, which manages to survive thanks to its advanced technology as noted Madame Le Figaro. The characters will then look for solutions to turn to in an attempt to survive. A new project to discover on Friday March 17 on AppleTVwhich Marion Cotillard promoted on her Instagram account this Monday, February 20.
