Top start for the new version of LOL: whoever laughs, gets out!
Despite the recent controversies concerning the cult program broadcast on Amazon Prime Video, Philippe Lacheau has chosen to launch a special Halloween edition in which the personalities will have neither the right to laugh nor the right to scream. This Thursday, October 26, 2023, the first three episodes were therefore available on the video-on-demand service. Episodes full of twists and turns in which several candidates have already had the misfortune of receiving yellow cards. The first was also attributed to Bérengère Krief.
Shortly after her arrival, Camille Lellouche suggested a game to her comrades. The aim was to stage the “the most rotten death”. Exit Kyan Khojandi, Gérard Darmon pretended to die from a slight cough before collapsing in a rather original way in his chair. A performance which unfortunately made Bérengère Krief laugh out loud.

Lost ball for Marion Cotillard
Dejected by this first card, the 40-year-old comedian explained that she had not managed to contain her emotions in the face of the actor’s “talent”. “Gérard gives us his death by Marion Cotillard, he took me by surprise”, she declared in front of the cameras. A lost bullet against Guillaume Canet’s partner in reference to his performance in The Dark Knight Rises.
Long tackled over his death in the famous Batman, the actress wanted to explain. During an interview given to Allocinated, she had indicated in particular: “the reaction was, I found, a little disproportionate. Because it’s hard to see yourself summed up as that. When I do the best I can to find the authenticity in each character, to see yourself summed up as a scene, it’s not necessarily… super-pleasant.”
And to conclude: “You have to know how to laugh at everything and above all, beyond having perspective, there are really more serious things in life, even if there are things that can hurt. I was not at I’m at the end of my rope. I just found the reaction disproportionate, and it felt good, especially for me, to laugh about it.” That’s what it says!
