Former Montreal Canadiens player and head coach Mario Tremblay, who was a regular panelist at The Antechamber since 2010 and commented on the Hockey des Canadiens at RDS, is retiring, announced the Sports Network.
“His passion for hockey, his outspokenness and his innate talent as a communicator have made Mario an outstanding personality in the history of RDS. Our entire team wishes him well-deserved rest, bionic health and that he remains forever a friend of RDS,” said RDS General Manager Charles Perreault in a press release.
The Antechamber will pay tribute to Mario Tremblay this Monday evening at 7 p.m. For the occasion, he will be surrounded by Guy Carbonneau, Vincent Damphousse, Benoit Brunet, Gaston Therrien and host Luc Bellemare.
