As part of the event tour organized by France Bleu in partnership with Ardoiz – La Poste, France Bleu Pays d’Auvergne invites you to meet on Monday, September 26, 2022 at the Maringues market, 23, place de la Fontaine. From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., come and cook live with Roland Vigier, chef of the restaurant “Le Clos Fleuri” in Maringues.

Jean-François Pujante will be with Roland Vigier, chef Toques d’Auvergne, of the restaurant “Le Clos Fleuri” in Maringues. Together they will first go to the market, then Roland will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him, to take up the challenge of the day:
With 30 euros, he will have to prepare a meal for 4 to 6 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert. At the end of this preparation, people present on the market will be able to taste what Roland has prepared and savor the quality of the dishes.
