Marine Le Pen held a meeting in Avignon (Vaucluse) on Thursday April 14 during which she discussed her program but also attacked Emmanuel Macron, castigating his record at the head of the country.

In Avignon (Vaucluse) Thursday, April 14, Marine Le Pen spoke to a crowd of supporters who came to attend her meeting. In duplex on the spot for the 11 p.m. of Franceinfo, the journalist Valery Lerouge reports that she held a “speech addressed to all patriots on the right and all patriots on the left. This is how Marine Le Pen began her meeting”. She wanted “set the tone for a speech that aims to bring all French people together regardless of their vote in the first round”says the journalist.

The National Rally candidate insisted on an important theme of her campaign: purchasing power. “She developed the various measures on this subject and then above all she cheerfully tapped on Emmanuel Macron, his results and his program in a long anaphora. She called, I quote, to ‘block security laxity, to block retirement at 65 and block another five-year term of social destruction.’ She also recalled all the little unfortunate phrases during Emmanuel Macron’s five years, recalling how much it showed his permanent contempt”reports Valery Lerouge.
