All summer, Marine Le Pen almost disappeared from the radar. She was back in the arena, Sunday September 10, in Hénin-Beaumont (Pas-de-Calais). Since 2022, it has established a clear strategy to conquer power: reassure rather than divide. “We embody hope and solutions”, she says. Since the legislative elections, she has set a rule for her 87 deputies, namely to remain well behaved and disciplined. “Le Pen’s strategy is much better than Mélenchon’s: respect for institutions rather than brothelization”specifies a minister.
Seduce the middle class
A recent survey announces that La France insoumise is a more dangerous party than the RN for 36% of French people. To hope to win the 2027 presidential election, Marine Le Pen will have to seduce the middle classes, even if publicly, she denies it. “I believe, on the contrary, that many of the measures are aimed at the middle classes. It was heard”, she says. However, the figures show that the RN is lagging behind.
