After her meeting in Avignon, Marine Le Pen exchanged with French people on the Pertuis market, in Vaucluse. She notably mentioned the subject of pensions, as well as that of the veil.

Marine Le Pen went to the Pertuis market (Vaucluse), on the morning of Friday April 15. To win against Emmanuel Macron, she knows she must convince some of the left-wing voters. She thus defended pensions. “I am terribly attached to it, I will preserve our pension system“, she said, judging”unreasonable” to push back the age of departure to 65 years. The candidate of the National Rally (RN) also spoke about the veil. According to Marine Le Pen, it is “a uniform that seeks to impose over time people who have a radical vision of Islam“.

On the Avignon market (Vaucluse), where the RN candidate was in a meeting the day before, the choice does not seem to have been made yet. “Why not Marine Le Pen? To try change“, confides a man, while another evokes “pros and cons for both programs“. According to the latest France Télévisions poll, Emmanuel Macron would win in the second round against Marine Le Pen with 55% of the vote.
