While the Head of State commemorates the 60th anniversary of the Evian Accords on Saturday March 19, Marine Le Pen chooses counter-programming. She, whose party does not recognize this date, chose to go to Loiret. Warm welcome at the Courtenay market for the RN candidate, who wants to be the champion of purchasing power: “I have been talking about purchasing power for more than eight months. I am campaigning on this subject, because in reality prices had exploded even before the war in Ukraine.”
Purchasing power morning, noon and evening… Is this enough for its voters to move? Marine Le Pen assures her, she walks on two legs: “Resolving the problem of immigration, resolving the problem of insecurity, restoring to the French their material and immaterial heritage, it is a solid and quantified project.”
My project is particularly balanced and in line with the concerns of the French. It will be implemented as soon as I take office.”

On this March 19, there is no question for Marine Le Pen to dwell on the anniversary of the day, that of the Evian agreements between France and Algeria. Faithful to the FN then RN line, she does not recognize this date as the end of the war: “150,000 harkis, 10,000 pied-noirs were killed after this date. So no, I really don’t want to commemorate this date as the end of the war, because in reality it was not the end of the war. If Emmanuel Macron wants to reconcile memories, he should start by asking Algeria to apologize for the massacre of the Pieds-noirs.”
