This is a reading that Marie-Sophie Lacarrau will not do. All smiles, almost hilarious, the journalist cordially refused to read a book recommended to her by her Friday columnist Thierry Coiffier. The journalist of TF1, who came to present a subject on illegal speed bumps which are rampant throughout France, was keen to advise his colleague to read a practical guide on speed bumps, in order to become better informed about their legal framework. Called The Regulation on Cushions and Trays, this official book, proposed by the Certu Editions for the Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea, did not really convince Marie-Sophie Lacarrau…

Marie-Sophie Lacarrau, without filter to rebuff her journalist
While Marie-Sophie Lacarrau asked his journalist ”how to know if a speed bump is illegal”Thierry Coiffier deemed it useful to offer him a reading ”for this weekend”: ”I advise you to read a guide for this weekend, the Cushions and Trays Guide, you will see it is quite interesting”he rejoiced. Hilare, the journalist who succeeded Jean-Pierre Pernaut at the presentation of the 1 p.m. TF1 in January 2022, defended herself: ”I hadn’t thought of that!”
A few moments later, still amused and teasing, at the end of Thierry Coiffier’s subject, Marie-Sophie Lacarrau did not hesitate to outbid: ”Thank you for giving me a summary, because I’m not sure I’ll read your book this weekend, eh!” tackled the journalist who has been battling amoebic keratitis for several years, a rare and serious condition of the cornea, which led her to spend several months away from the film sets.
