Marie-Jeanne Altieri-Leca, craftsman in Bologna

Marie-Jeanne has practically always lived in her village of Bologna. A postwoman by profession, she developed a passion for cooking at a very young age.

With her husband, a goat breeder in the village, she makes especially in season frittelle, canistrelli and other sweet treats that it offers for sale in the region’s markets.

The pastry chef also works to order and for major events such as baptisms or weddings.
