The attributions questioned
The conditions for awarding more than 2 million euros to winning associations are at the heart of this affair. One of them who was awarded 355,000 euros is at the center of a legal turmoil. Marlène Schiappa affirms it with the senators, she did not intervene in the selection process. For the minister, it is not her, but the members of her cabinet and the managers of the “Marianne fund” who chose the winners.
