Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday morning, the organization announced.
“He is being monitored by the Canadiens’ medical staff and will follow protocols established by the National Hockey League and public health authorities,” the Habs said through his Twitter account.
No other information regarding the state of health of the 56-year-old man or possible symptoms has been communicated by the Canadian.
