The number of applications refused soars, and reaches one in two for 30-35 year olds. “What we are asking for is either an exceptional measure on the part of the Banque de France, so as to increase the rate of wear and tear over the last month of the quarter, (…) or else to overhaul the method of calculation “, comments Jérôme Cusanno, president of the French Association of Bancassurance Intermediaries (AFIB). The attrition rate will be revised on October 1st.
