A man is being prosecuted for biting his three-year-old son. The facts took place in Pau on Friday, November 19. The father had been drinking, he was asleep when he felt something wet on his cheek. It was then that he would have had the reflex to bite. Two bites were found on the child’s back. The man was arrested on Sunday, his partner who is also the mother of the baby had warned the police. The father of the family is from Nigeria. The couple have three children. The man is summoned to court next May, he was placed under judicial supervision.
