This video, titled “laughter of the evening”, was shot Sunday evening in Noisy-le-Sec in Seine-Saint-Denis, according to a police source from franceinfo. It shows young men in a moving white car. One of them grabs the arms of a pedestrian by the window of the vehicle and the latter finds himself forced to run next to the moving car so as not to fall, until the young man lets go. and eventually fall. During these two scenes, the passengers of the vehicle laugh profusely.

One of the victims filed a complaint. According to a union source, he is the second man in the video, aged around 70. He says he left his home around 11:30 p.m. to buy cigarettes and was accosted by three people in a vehicle. He approached and it was there that he was grabbed by the arms and dragged several meters before falling. He was injured in the shoulder and arm and suffered from several abrasions.

The investigation was opened after the video was reported on the Pharos platform, created in 2009 by the government to report illegal online content and behavior, said the Paris police headquarters.
