The Tarbes public prosecutor’s office communicates following the fatal accident in Tournay, which occurred on Saturday evening, a little before midnight. “The person concerned was indicted by the Investigating Judge on the count of manslaughter by driver aggravated by manifestly deliberate violation of a safety obligation and by the alcoholic state, as well as involuntary injuries with the same aggravations.” announces the public prosecutor of Tarbes. The driver was remanded in custody.
A woman in her fifties and mother died in this accident. Her husband is seriously injured and hospitalized. He is in shock, as is their 13-year-old daughter.
