Our small artisanal country biscuit factory prepares simple cookies that taste like childhood and traditions. Like the gingerbread always available but ephemeral and then the famous signature pastis of the family. Lou Papou’s pastis is a recipe from Laetitia’s grandfather, the good idea is to also offer it individually and of course to share. The idea of ​​the house, simple cookies which are all classics of yesterday and today such as chocolate chip cookies or a small butter shortbread with a chocolate-praline ganache.
