La Maison Gauthier, a whole family story

A story that began in 1946 with Jean and Paulette Gauthier, butchers in Grenade-sur-Adour. Their son Bernard takes over with his wife Marie-France and collaborates with the cook from the Landes with three stars from Eugénie-les-Bains Michel Guérard. The two of them developed the recipe for their artisanal belly, which became a victim of its own success and which still shines today. The third generation arrives with Cécile and her husband Guillaume who embark on the adventure out of conviction. A pretty and dynamic young couple convinced that the key to success lies in the quality of the products, products from animals born and raised in the South West.
