For lack of clues and after having covered the territory between Route 112 in Omerville and the Magog River, the authorities put an end to the intensive searches of Coralie Lessard after more than four days. This decision does not mean that they have abandoned Coralie Lessard, but that the entire targeted territory has been combed.
Since the young girl’s disappearance, approximately ten square kilometers have been covered by the 200 or so workers who participated in the search. “Other very targeted checks will be made in the sector over the next few days, but at a lower intensity,” explains Mickaël Laroche, spokesperson for the Régie de police de Memphrémagog (RPM).
