Magazines | The art of hosting according to Caribou

Caribou reached the age of reason, with an 18e number. For the occasion, the Quebec magazine dedicated to our culinary and agri-food cultures is interested in the unifying power of food, bringing together Lesley Chesterman, Kim Thúy and Josée Di Stasio on its cover.

On newsstands since November 9, this issue is timely, as we are already dreaming of big festive tables during the holiday season.

The trio featured on the cover discusses good manners and table etiquette, while Normand Laprise and Christine Lamarche, from Toqué!, offer their point of view on the evolution of the restaurant industry.

Among the other topics covered: the Japanese art of hosting, meetings with millers from across Quebec and a look at dishes to share that are well anchored in our culinary culture.
