They accuse him of having resumed his cyberharassment. The lawyers of the influencer agent Magali Berdah submitted, on Tuesday October 3, a letter to the attention of the investigating judge in charge of the investigation targeting the rapper Booba, a source close to the case told franceinfo, confirming information from AFP. “We intend to report to the investigating judge all the tweets made and published by the accused regarding Magali Berdah”the three lawyers declared to franceinfo, Rachel-Flore Pardo, David-Olivier Kaminski and Antonin Gravelin-Rodriguez.

This letter was sent the day after Booba was indicted for aggravated moral harassment, pronounced after his interrogation before the investigating judge. This decision follows numerous complaints from Magali Berdah, a 41-year-old businesswoman and founder of Shauna Events, an agency specializing in relationships between television personalities and brands. The rapper was placed under judicial control, with a ban on speaking about Magali Berdah on social networks.

The rapper defends himself on X

However, Booba, whose real name is Elie Yaffa, spoke in a video as soon as he left court. He then mentioned Magali Berdah three times, on X. Then, in a fourth message, published Tuesday, he designates her as “the complainant” and accuses him of “hide your pots and your multiple convictions”which he quotes. “At no time did I seek to harass or threaten anyone”he defends himself. “All my action has been motivated by a single goal: to denounce influencers. To denounce injustice, cowardice, the culture of emptiness and scam”, continues the rapper.

As part of this case, it is the National Center for the Fight against Online Hate of the Paris Public Prosecutor’s Office which has been carrying out investigations since June 2022. In addition to this instruction targeting Booba, 28 people will be tried between November and January before the Paris Criminal Court for aggravated cyberstalking, death threats or even threats of crime against Magali Berdah.
