A historic decision
The Paris criminal court thus convicted the 28 people (twenty-six men and only two women) who were tried for “aggravated cyberstalking”, “threats of death and crime” and “threat due to supposed membership in a religion”, against Magali Berdah. The former popess of influence, aged 42, attended the outcome of the affair, encouraged by MP Sandrine Rousseau who was also there.
And the sentences are exemplary, since all the defendants received prison sentences: they range from four months of simple suspension, to eighteen months of imprisonment including six of probationary suspension, or twelve months in prison. In addition, the defendants must also pay €54,000 in damages to Magali Berdah.
Booba had launched the crusade against Magali Berdah
At the source of this wave of hatred against Magali Berdah, remember, the rapper Booba had launched a cabal against the businesswoman and the “influvoleurs“. For his part, the singer of “Caramel” has already been indicted for “aggravated moral harassment on October 2, 2023, and placed under judicial supervision with a ban on speaking to Magali Berdah on social networks.
However, Magali Berdah has not yet finished with justice. In a completely different matter, she must be tried in September in Nice for bankruptcy and money laundering. His company Shauna Events is also under investigation for fraud in Paris.
