Madonna’s Montreal shows, which were to take place on August 19 and 20 at the Bell Center, have been postponed to a later date.
The whole tour Celebration, which will cover the greatest hits of Madonna’s 40-year career, has also been delayed for health reasons to the end of June. The singer, a true popular icon, said Monday in a message posted on her Instagram account “to be on the road to recovery”.
“My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was for my children. The second, that I didn’t want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour. […] I hate to disappoint anyone. »
The artist continues by indicating to put all his attention on his health and the recovery of his forces. “The current plan is to reschedule the North American tour and start in October in Europe. »
The first show could therefore be that of London, on October 14th.
The Evenko site, which manages the Bell Centre, told ticket holders to keep them until the later date of the resumption of shows, “because they remain valid. »
