For eight seasons already, the show “Married at First Sight” delights viewers of the M6 channel. The program is based on a simple concept : many singles put their trust in the hands of science and experts, in order to find love. Depending on their desires, their projects, but also their personalities, these experts are then responsible for finding them THE ideal partner… whom they only meet on their wedding day, in front of the altar. They are free to say “yes” and embark on an adventure that could be a fairy tale or leave empty-handed.
Since the launch of the program, several couples have been born and some of them have even started families! We think of Laure and Matthieu who have just announced that they are expecting their second child, they who had gotten married during season 5.
Married at First Sight season 8: broadcast date revealed
This Tuesday, February 27, 2024, the M6 channel made a big announcement about the return of the program. It’s next Monday, March 18 that viewers will have an appointment to discover the couples about to form for this new edition.
“For season 8, the singles will be true heroes of love, resilience, life, letting go… Too much or not enough love is the element that convinced our experts to choose them . Between radical decisions, extreme feelings and surprising decisions, these heroes will surprise you just as much as their future spouse…” announces the channel on its X account (formerly Twitter).
Married at First Sight season 7: the results, one year after the broadcast of the show
If some seasons were rather successful, last season was unfortunately marked by breakups. Anabel and Fabrice, Estelle and Maximilien but also Pascal and Jessica had in fact failed to create a love story and had announced their respective divorces during the assessments. Emanuel and Léa or even Pedro and Jefferson who seemed well on their way to loving each other for life finally revealed that they had separated, shortly after the broadcast of the last episodes. Finally, others like Maurine and Benjamin had not even gone as far as the assessment test and had been torn apart during the adventure.
