Luxembourg in the spotlight in a long report on TF1

You should know that TF1 is the second most watched channel in the country after RTL Luxembourg.

It has a market share of almost 12%, which is huge because it hardly ever talks about Luxembourg… it’s a foreign channel!

So this Sunday, January 9, it was the party in the Grand Duchy at 1:15 p.m.

Let’s see what the French channel highlighted in its report

— The former ironworks of Esch Belval with its shopping centre, its university and its rock hall.

— The “Ellergronn”: to the east of Audun le tiche, the old iron mines have been transformed into a huge natural park, a paradise for hiking and mountain biking.

— Schengen and its vines both on the Luxembourg side and on the French side.

— The Mullerthal: Luxembourg’s little Switzerland 50 km from Sierck les Bains with its breathtaking rocks and cliffs.

— Vianden castle: magnificent castle perched on a rock 300m away.

Vianden is also the city of Victor Hugo, he lived there for a few months.

— In Luxembourg-city, the Kirchberg (institutions district) and the Grund, the historic district of the city located in a basin.

And TF1 did not forget to specify one thing: Luxembourg is one of the richest countries in the world!

We understand better why Luxembourgers loved this report!
