Ludovic Calvez

This program allows us to receive every morning very different people driven by the same passion for cooking. A real pleasure to spend time in front of an oven, a simmering casserole, or prepare homemade snacks for an aperitif, for example.

We welcome Ludovic Calvez. He traveled for us from Lamballe to spend this gourmet hour live on France Bleu Armorique.

Ludovic Calvez is the supervisor of the Notre Dame school and the private Sacré Choeur college in Lamballe, but also supervises the Saint-Joseph high school in Lamballe and manages the equivalent of 1,900 daily meals.
