Dozens of ads promising to obtain the highway code without having to take the exam, all for money. It is this type of trafficking that has been dismantled in Bouches-du-Rhône. A network of fraudsters that was rampant throughout France. More than 1,000 candidates would have benefited from it. The traffic would have brought in tens of thousands of euros. The techniques are numerous.

“We have the case of the person who does not come to the exam center but who nevertheless has a success recorded in the applications. That is to say that a third person answered in their place. And we also have the case of fraud where the person moves, but where the examiner who is next to vto answer the questions for him”, notes Nevim Uludag, member of the National Autonomous Union of Road Education and Safety Experts. Applicants who obtained their code through this fraud will be prosecuted and reported so that their driving license can be revoked.
