As a reminder, after a violent argument in February 2017, the footballer and his companion, Amelia Llorente, had come to blows, exchanging blows and scratches in front of their home in Madrid. A removal measure was then required against Lucas Hernandez, but four months later, he had raped her while going on honeymoon with his partner near Miami. He was finally sentenced in 2019 to six months in prison in this case, before seeing his appeal accepted at the end of October 2021.
