Suffering from cancer, political analyst Luc Lavoie is retiring from all his professional activities, he announced in a Facebook message.

“I recently received some very bad news. I have cancer. I now defer to medical science and the specialists with whom I have been working for several weeks. These specialists have been advising me from the start to take time off from my professional life and, the more things progress, the more I have to resign myself to accepting this advice”, wrote the one who could be heard until very recently on the airwaves of 98 .5FM.
The broadcast collaborator The game and The balance sheet, presented on LCN, indicates that he “allows himself to dream of a complete recovery”. “But before I get there, I have many months left to devote all my energies to this fight,” he added.
Under his Facebook message, hundreds of people showed their support for the political analyst, including many public figures.
