Comedian Louis T will begin his new tour next February. In Alpha Maleit will offer “a funny and caring look at masculinity”.
Produced by Just for Laughs, this third solo show will show us the comedian, father of a family, speaking about his love for men, as much for his two boys as his father, his grandfather “or even those who insult him on social networks”.
“Louis T turns his benevolent gaze on men,” we read in a press release. He remains realistic: men are not always easy to love, but he notes that when you focus on it enough, there is a little endearing and touching side to their silliness, their behavior, their errors.
For the direction, Louis T called on Marie-Christine Lachance (Simon Gouache, François Bellefeuille). Vincent Bolduc worked on editing the script.
“I don’t dare anymore! It’s more organic, more uninhibited as a proposition,” says Louis T, who received four Olivier nominations for his first two shows.
