Since the announcement of this second pregnancy made last March, Lou Doillon lives in the greatest ease. A few days after announcing that she was pregnant again, she presented herself in a very special look at the dinner of the association AEM (A Future for the Children of the World) organized for the benefit of the children of Rwanda, at the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. She wore colorful leggings and a little top, a comfortable outfit that largely revealed her pretty pregnant woman shapes. Shortly after, she revealed herself topless under overalls on Instagram.
