Lorie Pester makes a sad confession about her body and her health

Lorie Pester has been fighting a difficult battle against endometriosis for years. If this disease affects millions of women in the world, diagnoses are still made very late. The singer has thus decided to publicize her fight in order to make as many people as possible aware of the symptoms of this pathology.

The pretty blonde explained that she had a hard time getting pregnant, but for her greatest happiness, her daughter Nina was born in September 2021. And if Lorie Pester was thinking of expanding her family, she has just revealed that he is now impossible to have other children: “I can no longer have a second child because of endometriosis” she firmly declared in the columns of Télé-Loisirs on April 27, 2023. The actress then revealed that she had had a hysterectomy: “I can no longer have a second child because of endometriosis”. What stop any hope of a second pregnancy one day.

“It was still a test”Optimistic, the mother of the family consoles herself by assuring that she is already lucky: “It does not matter because, with my darling, we had our little girl together and he has an 11-year-old son. So at home, we have a girl and a boy. It’s a small tribe” and to add: “And then I did not see myself leaving with IVF (in vitro fertilization, editor’s note). It was still a ordeal. We had our daughter, it was my little miracle and it’s great.”

To go further in her fight, Lorie Pester has decided to embark on the production of a documentary series called “Post partum, let’s break the taboo” which will soon be broadcast on RMC Story, in order to discuss endometriosis but also the motherhood in the broad sense: “With my disease, endometriosis, I know what it is to suffer, to be in doubt, in the absence of information. I know the medical profession very well, having frequented a lot hospitals. My role consisted of going to see patients at home to ask them questions and for them to explain to me their problems, their daily life”.
