Lorenzo’s Sicilian arancinis

What if we put a bit of the Italian sun on our plates?

Lorenzo Gusciglio, the leader of the Piazetta, teaches us how to cook arancini.

This Sicilian specialty has become one of the great classics of street food that we eat by hand, throughout Italy and now in the Loire!

This orange, which only has the shape and the beautiful golden color, is a ball of rice stuffed – with meat or vegetables – by Lorenzo and his wife Emanuela who prepare them traditionally but with a lot of creativity.

A great sorpresa!
