Looking to 2022 | Our photos of the year

The year was prosperous in artistic events. Exhibitions, festivals, galas, shows: our photographers criss-cross Montreal to give you an overview of the city’s cultural ferment. Here are some of their best shots.

The performances created by the artist Lars Jan have toured the world. They take place in a giant aquarium that can hold 12 tons of water. Each tableau features performers in scenes of everyday life who are quickly overwhelmed by rising and falling water.
