(Longueuil) Three people, including a pedestrian, were injured in an accident involving two vehicles that occurred Saturday afternoon in Longueuil.

The collision occurred around 3 p.m. at the intersection of boulevard Édouard and rue Élizabeth.
According to the Longueuil agglomeration police department, a man in his sixties, who was on foot, was seriously injured during the contact.
The latter was transported to a hospital center, as were two occupants of one of the vehicles.
At the end of the afternoon, it was therefore impossible to take the Edouard Boulevard exit from Route 116 eastbound.
The intersection where the accident took place remained closed to all traffic until further notice to allow the police to analyze the scene.
