A 17-year-old girl who had been missing since August 20 was found dead this Saturday in the Longueuil metropolitan area.
The Longueuil Agglomeration Police Service (SPAL) had issued a search notice following the young woman’s disappearance earlier in the week.
Family members had then mentioned to the authorities that it was not his habit to disappear without warning, which raised concerns for his safety.
According to SPAL, the cause of death is not criminal or suspicious. It explains that it is currently supporting the family and loved ones.
