London Zoo conducts annual weigh-ins of its animals, including Humboldt penguins, Asiatic lions and Bactrian camels.
Data collected on more than 10,000 animals and nearly 400 species is then shared in a database with other zoos around the world to help preserve endangered species.
London Zoo is also where British street artist Banksy created the latest artwork in his animal-themed series in London.
