FamilyHelp is an application made to facilitate the daily lives of people who accompany their loved ones who are losing their autonomy. The FamyHelp team is made up of 5 women from the Lyon region. This 100% free application helps caregivers, these non-professional people who accompany their loved ones in loss of autonomy on a daily basis.
The application makes it possible to find home care professionals, near the person being cared for, thanks to geolocation. In the application you will find home service professionals, nursing offices, physiotherapists, home hairdressers, medical equipment.
Agirc-Arrco also implements support solutions, initiated by the supplementary pension scheme and social protection groups, for the 11 million caregivers who take care of a loved one, whether sick, disabled or age-related dependency.
Two new products are launched this year:
– The online platform: My Helping Compass
– A series of podcasts dedicated to the emotional and psychological difficulties encountered by caregivers.
