The director of Amnesty International in Ukraine announced Friday August 5 her resignation after the publication of a NGO report accusing the Ukrainian armed forces of endangering civilians. Oksana Pokalchuk accuses the report published Thursday of having unwittingly served “Russian propaganda” and for not including the Ukrainian team in its investigation.
Amnesty said Friday fully assume its report accusing the Ukrainian army of endangering civilians in its resistance to the Russian invasion by installing military infrastructure in inhabited areas.
