live, Jean-Luc Reichmann makes a moving declaration of love to Jean-Pierre Pernaut

March 2, 2023 will mark the first anniversary of the death of Jean-Pierre Pernaut. The journalist died at the age of 71 from lung cancer.

This Saturday, January 7, Jean-Luc Reichmann took the lead in a new issue of 12 noon shots on TF1. Faced with one of the candidates, he asked this question: “Who did the town of Abbeville want to pay tribute to by renaming its market hall?”. Among the proposed answers, two choices: Laurent Mariotte or Jean-Pierre Pernaut.

The second answer was obviously the right one, and so the host revealed that it was his “friend Jean-Pierre Pernaut”. “I must admit that Nathalie Marquay, his wife, sent me her wishes. She sent me a photo that I did not have”, he dropped, showing the photo in question on which we can see the two presenters laughing together. The opportunity for the native of Toulouse to slip sweet and warm words to the attention of Lou and Tom’s dad. “I think very very strongly of my friend Jean-Pierre”, before adding: “I love you my Jean-Pierre for eternal life.”

Jean-Luc Reichmann has not forgotten to have a thought for the former Miss France and her two children. “I think very very strongly of Nathalie Marquay Pernaut. Happy New Year to Nathalie of course. Lou and Tom, I kiss you too”.

A beautiful emotional sequence which delighted the fans of the program as well as those of JPP.
