Live from the Restaurant “La Boria” in Veyras

Follow us, live from the magnificent restaurant “La Boria” in Veyras.

We were received there by the chef, Toqué d’Ardèche, Florian Descours, in an atypical place that the chef wanted to be exceptional:

Frame and ceiling in Ardèche chestnut wood, fiber, straw and plaster walls, photovoltaic panels (quasi independent, self-consumption), rainwater recovery tank to water the interior garden of edible plants, and the garden vegetable garden…

  • Guy Perriolat, Grand Dignitary of the Brotherhood of Saint-Péray and curator of the 37th Saint-Péray Wine Market (03 and 04 September 2022)
  • Joël Patouillard, MOF, Chocolatier-Pastry Chef at Privas

We talked about the 37th edition of the Grand Marché aux Vins de Saint-Péray 2022.

Florian Descours and Joël Patouillard will participate in the Saint-Péray 2022 wine market, Florian, as part of 2 culinary demonstrations and Joël, as part of a “Food and Wine Pairings” workshop

Florian Descours, presented his cuisine to us, using exclusively local products, there is only salt and pepper that does not come from Ardèche. (and soon just salt, because he planted peppers in the Boria) . Florian Descours gave us his different summer inspirations….
