Come and cook at the Courteille market in Alençon with France Bleu Normandie.
Alençon, in the Orne, offers four days of markets in different areas of the city:
- Place de la Magdeleine market, at the foot of the Notre-Dame church on Thursday and Saturday mornings,
- Perseigne market, Place de la Paix on Tuesday mornings
- Courteille Market on the Place du Point du Jour on Sunday morning.
This Sunday, February 27, it’s Courteille market who will host the truck France Blue. Fully equipped for the kitchen: hotplates, robots, pans, knives, etc. the truck will be open to allow Michael Bruneau and one Alencon chef to prepare a meal live in front of you. The chef will have to compose a meal with 30 euros of products purchased in the market.
At the end of this preparation, people present on the market will be able to taste what the chef has prepared and savor the quality of the dishes.
