live a unique experience in Saint-Etienne

Cinema audio is a whole new concept of audio books, enriched with an incomparable sound design thanks to a staging like in the cinema. A selective editorial choice, with texts of great literary quality, fully interpreted by highly talented actors.

For the love of literature, Stéphanoise Caroline Puig-Grenetier has created an audio book publishing studio Nos Passerelles where she offers recordings of tales, novels and documentaries in the form of screen-printed USB cards. Audiobooks scrupulously respect the original text while offering a subtle sound and musical layout.

On December 04, 2021 at 2 p.m., the Mégarama Jean-Jaurès cinema in Saint-Etienne offers you for the first time an audio-cinematographic experience, namely listening in the dark and in stereo to three famous tales:

  • The beauty and the Beast (38 minutes)

This tale rewritten by Madame Leprince de Beaumont in her book “The Children’s Store” still fascinates children and grown-ups who have kept their part of childhood intact.

  • The puss in boots (12 minutes)

Published for the first time in 1695, Charles Perrault’s tale never ceases to amaze and take young and old alike.

Blue beard, this very ugly man that no one wants to marry. Fright’s Delight also written by Charles Perrault, one of the greatest authors.

Seats (single price € 5) must be reserved at the cinema or purchased on site.
